Easter Eggs

We are having a family party at Easter so we decided to make some painted eggs for decorating the hall we have hired. First we collected some goose and duck eggs, and then made two small holes in each of them, and blew out the egg. We made some fairy cakes for the party using the eggs. Then we boiled the empty shells to sterilise them. Using some silk paints that I had around we decorated them in layers of colour and silver gutta.
